      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just been billed by Spotify twice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;(Chop! - Mod)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is the second time that your company have taken money from my account,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I started my account with Spotify 30 day free trial last month, 2 days later you took a payment of 9.99 Invoice ID: &lt;BR /&gt;135466449018 on 9th December2012&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was advised that this was an error and this amount would be used to cover payment for Jan 2013.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have now been charged again, but this time you have taken 2 amounts of 9.99 total taken is now 29.97 over 30 days&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please refund amounts as you have once again billed me in error&lt;/P&gt;</description>
