    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am an&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;unlimited&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;user but since the last month I've wanted to unsubscribe. I did all the process to cancel my subscription and it seemed it was ok, but on&amp;nbsp;14/01/2013 I realized that no! My account have still active and I paid 5€. I am very upset and now I can't unsubscribe neither, the page doesn't work at the last step. I want my money back (if it were possible), and I want to unsubcribe now!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please could you do something about?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PD: The reason: I want to activate a premmium offer and I can't do it with my status until it ends.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
