Reset Password - Lost all my playlists

I had to reset my passwrod. Android app wasn't recognizing my internet connection, but a reinstall of the app solved that...but I had forgotten my password, so I had to reset.

I get logged in, and all my playlists are gone.

I now have, what looks to be, a set of Icelandic playlists (Utlandsk, Klassisk, etc).

Can my previous playlist be put back on my account?

Also, I did try the Log-Out-Log-Back-In trick from the sticky post.

Still missing my playlists. Still got the odd Icelandic playlists.

If you are logged into the correct account, you should be able to restore any lost playlists here:
https://www.spotify.com/account/recover-playlists/

If they aren't there, you most likely have a duplicate account. Have a read at this post:

I did actually go through that post, I checked and i have no deleted playlists to recover. And then I went to my desktop app, logged out, logged back in as ikonoklasm, then i logged back out and logged back in as ikonoklasm@gmail. Both logins gave me the same account. Also I cannot connect through a browser with just my ikonoklasm user name, I can't do it with my gmail either. I had to log into facebook here (at work), and then use the facebook button to log into the forums. I think something wonky just happen in the database maybe. Thanks again for looking into it.

@ikonoklasm - There might be something up behind the scenes in that case. If you drop the team an email directly using the online contact form they can check it out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
