    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have contacted KPN regarding my spotify account and I have requested my username details as suggested for my KPN spotify account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, it appears that my facebook spotify account is merged with my KPN premium account. &amp;nbsp;When I get my username details for my KPN account I want my KPN spotify premium account to be independent of my facebook spotify free account so that my family can have access to spotify premium without having to log into my facebook account. &amp;nbsp;In effect two spotify accounts one that is mine and the the other one that is attached to my KPN account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The question is will this be possible at one IP address?????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently became a premium subscribing member yet the spotify application on my iphone states that I am not. I cannot using the application for anything other then the radio feature. Is this really the only way that I can get into contact with the staff at spotify?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same problem since the beginning of the month. &amp;nbsp;My phone company says I have a premium account according to their systems but spotify now shows me as a free user. &amp;nbsp;I have emailed spotify via the online contact form and that just sends me an email telling me to go the FAQ's! &amp;nbsp;I am not the only person with this problem and the only advice appears to be to re-install spotify. &amp;nbsp;How many times do we need to re-install spotify before it recognizes the premium status!!!!!!! &amp;nbsp;Spotify please look into this and fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First thing to do is to check your subscription status on your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online overview&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to verify that your premium subscription is active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If all is well there, and you are still not getting premium on your mobile devices, try logging out of the Spotify app, fully restarting your device and then logging into Spotify again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It also looks like you have two accounts, one created through Spotify and another through your Facebook. Both have the 30 day Premium trial. It's best if you contact us &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to sort it out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Busilyn&lt;/STRONG&gt; - Your Facebook-created account isn't a Premium one, I'm afraid. It's worth contacting your phone company to find out the username of the account with Premium.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
