      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to contact you via the form on your website twice, 2 months ago, and 4 days ago. I have unfortunately not received a response.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to help my mom to acces her spotify premium account.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is that she has accidentally two Spotify accounts. One is a premium she pays each month, the second is a free account that was created by accident when she bought an iPhone last fall. Both Spotify accounts are linked to the same email address: [&lt;EM&gt;snip - mod&lt;/EM&gt;]@comhem.se.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we can only acces the free account using the email address and the account is linked to Facebook.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We need help to be able to login to premium account, that's what she wants to use, the other account to be deleted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do we succeed login to premium account? it is not by e-mail, we need other login information or it has become something wrong?&lt;/P&gt;
