Facebook temporary error

Hi,

I'm trying to connect my spotify account to my facebook profile, but it doesn't work neither with the iPhone/iPad apps (Facebook connection error) nor with the online account settings (Sorry there has been a temporary error, please try again later.)

The problem could be that I had a spotify account created through my facebook, but I have made a subscription in my "normal" spotify account.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Do you have access to a computer with the desktop application installed?

If so, you might want to try logging into your Spotify account and then going to Edit/Spotify > Preferences > Social Network > Connect to Facebook and see if that works.

Another thing to try is removing the Spotify app from your Facebook account and then trying to link again.

Unfortunately I currently don't have access to a local installation. I've tried to remove the app from facebook several times but it never worked...

Hey again!

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this a little further for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
