Spotify does not accept mail in payment, as their head office is in either Sweden or Finland (I forget which), and it would take a while.

All subscriptions and payments are done electronically, you can subscribe using your credit or debit card from your online account.

You can also buy Spotify gift cards on the high street in some countries if you don't have a credit or debit card, click here to see if they are available to you.
