Problems with two accounts

Hi, I recently upgraded to Unlimited and got a receipt for my payment and a link to my profile on email, but when I follow the profile link it says that I'm still using Free. So I did some research and it seems that I'm having two accounts. My problem is that my playlists are on the Free account only. Is it possible to merge them? And if possible I would prefer to log in directly to Spotify, not through facebook.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into your accounts further.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
