Hopefully they will be able to track down (or restore) your account using your billing information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>PLAYLISTS DISAPPEARED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of my playlists disappeared, although it doesn't appear to be related to duplicate accounts. &amp;nbsp;What's strange is that there's a new playlist title "1" with songs that I haven't even heard before. &amp;nbsp;I have followed the instructions in these forums regarding disconnecting Facebook, resetting my password, etc., but I am still stuck without my playlists. &amp;nbsp; Also, my account has not been downgraded from Premium to Free as others have noted in these forums.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone please help with this? &amp;nbsp;It's extremely frustrating as a paying customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
