Radio Stations

Radio stations need to be able to be deleted, especially if I'm paying for premium.

What's more, you're apparently limited to a certain number of stations, as I accidentally added two stations I DO NOT WANT, it then bumped others out of my list forever.

That's crap, escpecially if I'm paying for this.

What's more, as a paying customer I think I should be able to contact someone with my concerns. So far, zero response from anyone with Spotify. I can't even find a way to reach spotify customer service. Can anyone help with even a way to contact spotify customer service?

If there is no way to contact them, I'll just cancel my account. Taking money from customers with no manner for them to contact you is bad business.

You can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I just signed up for Premium. But if I can't delete radio stations that I didn't add and/or don't want. I'll stick with Rhapsody.
