&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you have a read and make sure your card meets all of the guidelines outlined in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://support.spotify.com/us/problems/#/article/payment-problem" target="_self"&gt;this help article. &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are still having issues, you should get in touch with the payments team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to assist you further with this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am tryng to Upgrade from free to Premium. Using my MasterCard (Net+).. card no: 5415.9220. 48xx xxxx&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I use correct code. Exp. date is 04/14... its credit on my Mastercard account...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will still not be accepted..??? why:::???&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ohter possibilities to pay for Upgrad to premium than using my Mastercard????&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Pls tell my how.. I am sooo tired of advertizing etc. and not being able to bring my music/playlists to my iPhone etc.&amp;lt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
