    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was using Spotify Premium linked to my facebook account at one point. I was paying for this with my credit card. I cancelled it recently but have been getting charged with my debit card. I'm not sure if I'm somehow paying for two accounts or what. Any &amp;nbsp;help you could provide would be great! I've checked the subscription page for my facebook linked account and all is well there (it's unsubscribed) but there must be an account that I am unaware of getting charged to my debit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don't worry, they won't leave you out of pocket.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
