Spotify charged me before trial ended

Spotify has charged me a day before the trial has ended. I don't want to cancel it fearing that I would lose a month of paid Spotify. Can someone from the support team cancel my subscription. This is ridiculous. Please help, thanks.

Cancelling will allow you to use up what you have paid for. You can also get a refund, if the payment has not been used, by contacting customer services using the Support Form.

You edited your other post to make me look bad and had my post removed as abusive? Thank you for your help. Do you represent spotify as an organistion?

Thank you though, I really appreciate it 🙂 You didn't understand my problem and got my post deleted, I'll make another post and hopefully someone can help. I will delete the post in this topic because apparently this is against the rules thank you vey much 🙂

Thank you, I would like to point out that I have paid for 1 month but not recieved one month, I only have spotify free. Thanks anyway.

I've contacted customer service using the support form and got an email stating I will be refunded and my subscription will return to the free subscription
