    <description>&lt;P&gt;On feb 16, I signed up for a trial. Upon logging in, I found that a lot of the music i liked wasn't on spotify, so I cancelled. On the account page, it indicates that my membership is active until for another month. I tried to contact customer service to request a refund, but that doesn't seem to be possible.&amp;nbsp; Any help appreciated! Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
