heres my problemo when i listend to my spotify last night all my playlists just disapeard and i have read the post on how to fix it but it dosent work

Are you signing in with your 'coffe112' username? Once you do you'll see your six playlists.

Again, be sure you're using that username (not your email).

Hi yoggi - You've definitely got 11 playlists in your 'coffe112' account since Sam restored a few.

When you log in, you should see 'coffe112' in the right hand corner. If you see your FB picture and name you've signed into the wrong account.

If you see 'coffe112' and zero playlists, it'd be great if you could post a screenshot.

Hi yoggi - If you're signing into that free Facebook account you've created, it won't work on your iPhone.

This can be avoided if you link 'coffe112' to FB, as suggested the post we linked to earlier.

On your desktop sign in with 'coffe112'. Then go to your Preferences Page and select 'Connect to Facebook'. Edit > Preferences (in Windows) or Spotify > Preferences (in Mac)

Either way, it's best to always sign in with 'coffe112' (no matte the device) to avoid confusion.

I'm afraid you can't linked to FB via the phone app.

If you're on your phone now, just log out and log back in with your username.

well i removed my link and got the lists back on the computer but not on my iphone and i cant go offline onit

Are you signing in with the correct username on your iPhone? That's all you need to do to get your playlists back.

Hi Meredith,

Sorry this is a little off track, but I've had similar problems with my spotify. It all started after I began the free trial on Spotify - a day after I registered for it, all my playlists dissappeared. As dissapointing as this was, I read other threads that said that after the 30 day trial finishes, the extra profile it seems I "created" when registering for premium would go away and I'd go back to my other pre-premium trial profile.

It's been 30 days, and nothing has changed. In fact, I can't even seem to find my old account! It seems, however, that my original spotify user number is 1220383223, if that can be of any help. 🙂

My music playlists took a lot of time to make, so I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Hey @thewindblue ! Welcome to the community 🙂

Have you tried logging in using your Facebook account details (since that appears to be a Facebook account)?

If that doesn't get you back to your playlists, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to recover your account for you. Sometimes when you create a duplicate account and then merge it with Facebook your playlists get a little lost in the system but the staff will be able to get them back for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yeah just yesterday all of my playlists disappeared and spotify gave me a new account? My old account doesn't exist as my name but a series of numbers. I only found this old account because I looked up my friends that were following me. What gives?

My original account is 1245259192. I want this account back because it's my original and spotify shafted me and gave me this new one without anything.

@APen - Sounds like the system has created a duplicate account for you in a recent update, its been happening to quite a few people - the Spotify team are investigating.

If you get in touch using the contact form I linked to above someone from the Spotify team will be able to get that sorted out for you.
