Stolen Account

Hi,

My account was stolen, password changed and email changed some time ago. It took me a while to realise this as I'm using spotify on my phone mostly and thought there might be a problem with the 3G.

My account is premium, so I paid for nothing and managed only to log in the website using facebook to stop my premium subscription.

The email was changed for an obvious hack : 1847y12rguy12db@gmail.com and I can't change it anymore even with my facebook login.

I sent 2 messages using the contact form, explaining the problem and giving my real adress to get a proper answer, without any answer from Sportify.

This is the only service I'm using that has been hacked.

I can't believe the lack of customer service, especially for premium users. More than getting no answer, I can't believe that this obvious hack took place. ANY web related service nowdays has security against this : sending you emails about suspicious activities, asking for confirmations or sending an email that your account has been changed

I hope, besides my problem being fixed, that I can expect reparation for a failure of this service.

Gmroz - Don't worry, our fraud team are pretty good. When you emailed in, did you get an auto-response? If so, please respond to it. It will then come directly through. The fraud guys will then get back to you as soon as they can.

Since the email linked to the account is wrong, I didn't get any auto-response. That fake email adress probably got it.
