Impossible upgrade

Hey guys

I'm an user of spotify unlimited and I wanted to upgrade to premium but that's not possible.Everytime I try, it says that I can only upgrade if the first payment will be made. That must be a bug, I pay for 6 months now, I don't understand why I can't uprade? I really hope that somebody can help me with this.

It looks like you're paying via Sofort, right? To upgrade from Unlimited to Premium you'd need to cancel your subscription and create a new one.

However, since we don't support new subscriptions via Sofort you'd need to also select a new payment method.

Yes thats right, I pay via Sofort. I see, so I will cancel that and choose another payment method, thanks a lot.
