I have a question. Can I still use Spotify WITHOUT getting the Premium subscription? I did not click anything for the 30day trial.

You can use the radio function on the mobile version and I believe you can use all functions of spotify on the computer sir/ma"am

Yes as 555michael says above with a free account you can have:

- Ad-supported streaming on the desktop version, which is subject to further restrictions if your account is older than 6 months. You can read more about those here.

- If you are a US customer, you can access Spotify Radio on android and iOS devices for free. You need premium to use any mobile feature in every other country.
