Spotify Account

Spotify have started charging me £9.99 for their premium service which I am happy to pay for. However the spotify account that I use is not set up for premium and states that no charges have been made for that account. I have tried various other e-mail addresses, although I was not aware that I had more than one spotify account, but none of them are recognised.

How can I find my login details for my premium account so that I can use the service that I am paying for. It is not the account that is linked to my facebook as that is the one that says it is not signed up to premium.

I have sent through the contact form but have had no response as of yet and am getting fairly frustrated with this. I don't mind paying the charge but want to be able to use the service.

Hi,

You must login using your username that is linked with the premium account.

If you don't know it, then you'll have to wait for the reply from the CS agent - remember to check your spam.

Did you get a reference number with the automated reply? Post it up and I can get someone to look at it for you 🙂

I'm not sure what my login details are for that account.

The case number for my automated reply is # 00567639 and the reference is _00DD0pxIW._500D0NZ1Pn:ref.

If someone could look into this, I would really appreciate it.
