      <title>Problem accessing my playlists</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot to top up my Spotify premium account and let it expire by one day.&amp;nbsp; The next day when I went in and submitted my gift card information and went to play from my playlists, it wouldn't let me.&amp;nbsp; It gives me a message that says only premium users can stream on demand.&amp;nbsp; I have already paid for the next two months, so I am not sure what to do to access my playlists.&amp;nbsp; I logged off and logged back on thinking that would fix the problem, but it didn't. I received a receipt from Spotify, but no way of contacting anyone, hopefully someone on the community page can give me some insight of how to fix this problem. thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
