    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, I will try that...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I also noted that in the settings, the Music Quality for Download had changed from High Quality to Normal Quality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when I got this problem Spotify didn't start correctly on the device, it only showed a blank screen. I had to restart the phone to get it working, but then the offline files were gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this behaviour also something known?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My offline playlists has disappeared from my device!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it be that I have synced on more than three devices?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I get a message if I try to sync on more than 3 devices?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please look at my account how many devices I have synced and what kind of devices it is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have synced too many devices, you will normally get an "Offline access withdrawn" error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What type of device did this occur on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The offline files has disappeard on my phone, Samsung Galaxy S3, and I don't think I have seen any error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also know files have been recently synced to another phone, Sony Eriocsson X10 Mini.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last year I used a Nokia E51 to sync files before I got the Samsung.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible for you to check what devices files have been synced to?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't do that for you, since I don't work for Spotify &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The device allocation works on a circular basis, so adding a new device will remove the first device you registered for offline usage. Just try and download the playlist again, I think you might be experiencing a known bug with the android client which is outlined in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Bugs/Android-New-music-won-t-stay-downloaded/td-p/162992" target="_self"&gt;this topic&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
