    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the last update i have encountered multiple problems. For one, I have a Spotify premium account and now it says i have spotify free?! I cant seem to sort this out. Also, all my playlists have been deleted. And lastly, why cant i find an option to mail spotify directly with any problems i am having. I am a paying customer after all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having these problems? Or does anyone have a solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds to me like you have accidentally logged into a duplicate account, that is normally what has happened when your subscription and playlists have dissappeared. Have a read at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Please-read-Missing-playlists-Premium-disappeared/td-p/61" target="_self"&gt;this topic&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;which might help you get back into you account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
