Be sure to include your code in your message and they will be able to check if it is valid or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;This is the message I got when I tried to type in my code. I bought it from a shop here in Norwy called Rema 1000.&lt;BR /&gt;Why does this happen?</description>
