    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys:) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are having issues with your account, I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to look into a little closer for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently discovered that my previously premium account is now a free account... I have no idea why but I have paid a charge so its not that. I had some problems when my spotifuggle account was linked with a another making my library go away and always see the others accounts owners name instead of mine but with a picture of me in the profile. Can you please help me out here!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This is really angering me, I pay for a service I'm just not getting! It still works on my iPad though, where as if I just had a free account it wouldn't.</description>
