I have been paying for a Premium account for the last 18 months and all of a sudden I start receiving commercials. Today I had to download a new version of Spotify and it states I am no longer Premium even though my last payment was less than a month ago. Of course you can't call anyone or email anyone which shows my how horrible your customer service is.

It states I am listening to a free subscription even though my last payment of $9.99 was made on 2/17/13.

That is more than a month ago, did you most recent payment fail?

You will have gotten a email about it if it did.
