&lt;P&gt;Since Spotify is only licensed for personal usage, each person should have their own account. Due to this personal licensing, you can only have 1 active streaming session at any given time, meaning you can only listen on one device at a time. Starting playback on another device will pause playback on another device you are streaming on. There are ways to get around this using offline playlists, however you should really have two accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I am thinking about getting a premium account and although I have read that I can have 3 devices (my iphone, hubby's android, and my laptop) I am wondering if we can both be on the account on our phones at the same time AND if we have to listen to the same playlist or can we be listening to two different playlists on our phones at the same time...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
