      <title>Horrible Customer Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had terrible experience with Spotify's customer service? I have been trying to accomplish a very simple task for five days now; delete my two accounts , create a new one, and transfer playlists to the new one. Five days. Ridiculous. It has been a back and forth of them telling me they have done the job then finding out that is not the case. Each response from Spotify has taken a day at the least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They first said they had deleted my accounts. They had not. They then got the deleting complete and told me to make a new account. I couldn't. I was unable to because I got stuck in what they called a "ghost state". They then proceeded to just go ahead and make a new account for me with a username I did not want, then told me that the username couldn't be changed. Next, they told me they had transferred the playlists over. They had not. They only transferred playlists from one of my accounts. I am now currently awaiting another response from them, which will probably take another day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am pissed off and about to just give up on this product. I want to give Spotify my money, but the way they have treated me is repulsive. Anyone else experienced anything like this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All this went on under the email that is linked to the account I am typing from, if by some small chance a moderator actually wants to provide some real assistance to me, a paying customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
