More users on the same WiFi network

I have a Spotify Premium subscription

How can I setup 2 or more users on the same Wifi Network without using offline mode.

Or is it only possible to have one user connected at a time?

We have 3 PC in our home an we would like to use Spotify independently on these PC.

Is that possible?

does spotify offer a licence type, which allows my family to use spotify on two devices at the same time? Or is it necessary to buy to full accounts? I´m searching for something like a family licence?
