Am I the only person who seems to have an issue with either the misnaming of tracks and artists and also the duration it takes for new albums to come on the system? It really annoys me to be paying for a service that isn't as adequate as it makes itself out to be let alone the random crashing

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Spotify make the content available to us in whatever form it is provided to them by the record labels, meaning any delay in getting new content or mistakes in the tracks or metadata is down to the record label. Sometimes they do delay releasing tracks on streaming services to push up album sales.

If you notice any tracks which are wrong or broken, you can report them directly to the content team by following the instructions in this post and Spotify will pass it over to the record label for a correction.
