My premium account has been hacked! Please help.

My Premium Account was hacked. The person changed the email address for my account, therefore I cannot fill out a contact form without the response going to the hacker. They also changed my billing to annual, which is how I figured out I had been hacked. Finally, and almost more frustratingly, they changed all of the playlists that I had spent hours putting together.

Can someone at Spotify please reset the password AND email for my account. Without the password, I cannot change my email account.

I did contact the payments team, however, the hacker has changed my email address and therefore any response from Spotify does not go to me. It is sent to the hacker.

I would suggest you email in again using this contact form which will allow you to set the reply address. Be sure to include your account details in the body of the message and let them know you have been in touch before, they should be able to track down your original support messages for you.
