Premium code not working

I bought my card for 10 dollars on 3/25/13 t target and when I got home, I tried entering the code so many times and I looked at it correctly too. I entered the one on my receipt and the card. I even deleted and reinstalled my spotify on my iPod. Then I left the code alone for a few days until now and still nothing. If there's anything I must do, please let me know and it would be much better if spotify had a number to call to make all this easier.

Will the system not let you redeem the card, or will your premium just not work? (Check out your subscription status on your online account)

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this a little closer for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
