Don't remember password and email address doen't work anymore

So I don't remember my password anymore and my email address doesn't work anymore. How have i log in is I have log with facebook account. Bigger problem is that I have subscription what i need cancel because I'm student 🙂 and now i'm not able to do it. So I need help and fast.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Don't worry, the Spotify team will be able to get this sorted for you, but you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and ask them to cancel that for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

But problem is that mine email, which I use in spotify, is closed and because I don't remember my password I can't change it.

I sent them a message and I put my another email address there that they can send messages to there but are they able to read it that they won't send message to my old email. 🙂

You can also try getting in touch using this contact form which will allow you to enter the reply address 😉

Just be sure to include your account username/email address in the message!
