Facebook Account Switch

Hi,

I need to know what steps I need to take in order to get my subscription switched over to my new Spotify account with my Facebook. I have an account currently but I am going to deactivate that Facebook and have already created a new facebook. I pay for Spotify Premimum and I am about half-way through my currently month. I am wondering if you guys can switch over my playlists that I have created in my old account into my new one.
