Hello, I'm trying to sign up but i keep being asked for a zip code which dont exist in ireland, i've tried random letters and numbers and things but nothings working... help

Hi,

Are Zip/postal codes compulsory? I never thought they were. You could register with facebook instead

Try entering "Dunblin 1"?

If that doesn't work, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to offer you some assistance with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
