      <title>Premium not working</title>

      <description>My premium is not working. My spotify is letting me see all my playlist but whenever I pick a song it tells me to go to radio mode. The only way to play it is to download the songs to my device/iPhone.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hi, if you can download the tracks through the app then your premium is active - is it working on the desktop?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It can take time for a premium activation to occur on all devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a clean reinstall?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Account Settings&amp;gt;Manage Subscriptions, it should say if you are premium there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does Spotify desktop say 'Spotify premium' at the top?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anthony &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
