&lt;P&gt;Did you cancel your subscription from your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online profile?&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;If not, make sure you do it now so you don't get billed again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As for the refund you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to assist you further with this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Spotify Premium Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Back in December, I had decided to try Spotify Premium because I wanted to listen to music on my phone.&amp;nbsp;In January&amp;nbsp;I got a new phone from my best friend and decided I didn't want Spotify Premium anymore. I got on there and removed it, only to find in March that it hadn't been removed and had so far charged me $30. I sent Spotify a letter in the mail asking if they could please remove the Premium part and the $30 because I thought I had removed it. They still haven't, and to add insult to injury I got charged another $10 for this month. Is there a way to get my $40 back and completely remove Spotify Premium?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
