    <description>Any way I can find out if I already paid for the premium version of Spotify? I have had trouble logging in also.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried signing up when I learned you can&amp;nbsp; now use spotify without Facebook. (Only reason I have Facebook account is for Spoitfy). The day I tried to sign&amp;nbsp; up I got a bunch of "Username not available" messages. I waited until the next day and tried again and it now said "That email address is in use" I click on forget password and it sends a link to my email to reset it with my username. That link says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems this took a while&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have been logged out for security reasons, please click the reset link in the email you recieved again to continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried the password reset at &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/us/password-reset/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.spotify.com/us/password-reset/&lt;/A&gt; i get a message that "The email address you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account." and I can't sign up with my email address again. "That email address is already in-use"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent in an email about this on &lt;STRONG&gt;April 5th&lt;/STRONG&gt; and I still have not heard back from Spotify. I am really getting tired of waiting for a reply to get this fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Case #:00625950 was given to me in the auto-reply email I got after sending the email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
