Double Charge - How do I get refounded?

Hi.

After signing up for Spotify, it said my account wasn't avalible for premium, and therefore I signed up with my other Facebook account, creating a new account (which has been working perfectly). However, I've been doublecharged for these two accounts about three months, and I'd like to get refounded.

Does anyone know who to contact?
