      <description>Hello, I thought I had canceled my premium subscription a long time ago but was charged $9.99 yesterday. I barely use spotify and would really like a refund. I've just gone and canceled it (again) but it says the change will only come into effect next month. Is there any way to get refunded for this month because I won't use it enough to justify $9.99?
