Old Account

Okkay so, I used to use Spotify back when you could only use Facebook to sign up in America, and I have stopped using Facebook completely, which means I deleted the Facebok account perminantly. Now that I can sign up without Facebook, I can't use my email address to sign up, I had to make an alt email just to sign up. Does anyone know how I could rectify this?I'd like to not be cluttered with two email adresses just to use Spotify. Any help would be great.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

That shouldn't be an issue, just drop an email into customer services using the online contact form and they should be able to remove that old Facebook account for you after verifying you are the owner of the account. Once that is done you will be free to change the email on your new account.
