    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had lost my card and had to cancel it. I got a new one and I&amp;nbsp;know&amp;nbsp;for a fact because I can look at my bank statement&amp;nbsp;and see&amp;nbsp;that there is money in there. It still says declined. I even tried a different credit card. Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you just double check that your new card meets all of the requirements outlined in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://support.spotify.com/problems/#!/article/payment-problem" target="_self"&gt;this help page&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;most importantly it being registered in the same country as your Spotify profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Spotify normally can't see much detail about your card being declined, but the payments team might be able to give you some more assistance if you email in via the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;support form&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
