Help needed!

I have a problem because it seems like I have a spotify profile that is only accessible via Facebook.

The thing is, I want to change the facebookprofile i connect to now, and to another one, but since i do not have any "normal spotify log-in details" this can not be done. How do I make spotify log-in details when I only have log-in-option via Facebook?

I have tried to disconnect from facebook in Preferences, but that option isn't available because that is the only way I log in.

Any suggestion not involving the credit card?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further in getting things moved over to a different Facebook account for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
