Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It depends on how you created your account. If you have a dedicated Spotify account meaning you have a Spotify username and password, then you can disconnect your account from Facebook by going to Edit > Preferences > Social Network > Disconnect from Facebook in the desktop client. If you have a Facebook account, you won't have that option since your account can't be disconnected from Facebook, so you will need a new account.

If you need a new account, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to help you move your playlists and subscription over to a new account for you. I would definitely suggest you make a non-Facebook Spotify account, that way if you ever need to delete your Facebook again you can just disconnect and keep the same account.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Peter
