Hello,

I have sended 13th of april an contact form to spotify to ask to change my e-mailadress.

Now I still have not heard anything back.

I was just wondering if that is the correct way to change it.

It goes about that the account is from someone who does not live here anymore and has spotify of the dutch internet provider KPN Fiber on the adress on wich we are living right now so he is making use of spotify while he does not have the right to use it.

The case reference is: 00640990

I made the contact form in dutch. Is that a problem?
