I would say just hang tight and wait for your 48-hour trial to end and then re-subscribe to try the 30-day free trial. 🙂

I signed up for the 48-hour free trial of premium, all running great. I received an e-mail from Spotify thanking me for my 48-hour trial (same day I signed up) and offered an additional 30-day trial on top of the 48-hour trial. When I click the link, it takes me to my subscription overview and that's it. In my overview it says I will be charged $9.99 on April 20th, which will be the end of my 48-hour trial. At the top right of the screen is again a button for a 30-day free trial. When I click it, it takes me to a page advertising the free trial. Click again to get the trial and it just loops back to my subscription page.

This all being said, I plan on sticking with Premium after the trial is over, but I would like to take advantage of the 30 day trial that I was offered. How can I go about getting the 30-day tacked on?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

No need to panic, just let your 48 hour free trial expire. If you don't get your 30 days free (so you get billed today), just get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be more than happy to help you get that sorted out 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Peter
