Playlist disappeared!?

So I just logged in about an hour ago and spotify had told me that i had exceeded my 10 hour limit for the month and I knew i hadn't done, so in an attempt to solve this problem, I logged out and when I logged back in, my playlist was missing! there were no songs at all, and those were all the songs I normally listen to, a list of about 400 songs or so! Please someone, anyone help me resolve this, it would be much appreciated as I have no idea as to how to go about solving this matter, thanks.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Are you sure you logged back into the same account, normally when playlists go missing it is because you have signed into a duplicate account. If you have a Spotify username and password be sure to log in using those details and not your email address.

I think that might just be the case, but I have tried logging in with all my usernames and emails, but to no avail, is there any way at all to get my playlist back? Surely it's saved on a spotify cloud or something?
