&lt;P&gt;Those are just security questions to prove that you are indeed the owner of the account and payment method. There is not enough detail there to do anything malicious with (since birthday, post code and last 4 digits of your card are shown to you in your online profile anyways).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Wierd procedure for getting refund.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wanted to get a refund for the account I didn't use but direct debit was still active on the card. I got a responce from the stuff saing it's ok but I have to verify some information like birth date, postal code and last four digits on my credit card. Isn't this too much?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
