Hello and thanks for your fast reply.

No that can't be it unless someone else is logged in on my account somewhere else. Although I haven't got the "Your account is being used somewhere else" notification. Is there a way to check or can I just change password?

And if that is not the problem after all I don't know what it is cause I'm only using my phone and computer for offline playlists.

/Graskloss

My spotify account completely reset itself. It doesn't remember any of my playlists or settings or anything and acts like it is completely new. I should have an active unlimited account (automatic payments, last one on April 2), but it says that I have a basic free account. what happend?! how do I fix it?!

I kinda have the same problem only it seems that every time I turn off my computer (don't know if only shutting down spotify causes this) it says that my offline privileges has been withdrawn from this computer, why? I have a premium subscription active and ongoing, still says Spotify Premium in the top of my Spotify window aswell.

This is really annoying since I have over 1000 songs in my starred and not the fastest internet connection and I'm also paying for the function so it shouldn't be doing that at all.

/Graskloss

mina - Please take a look at this post here. Should explain what's going on with your account. Missing Playlists/ Premium Disappeared

Graskloss - Sounds like you're trying to sync offline playlists on more than 3 devices. Please post here if you want to reset those: Need your offline devices reset

Hey Graskloss - I've just done some investigating into your account.

It seems you have two accounts. One was created via Facebook and is on our free service. Please read this post for more info: Missing Playlists/ Premium Disappeared
