&lt;P&gt;First thing to check is your subscription is still active on your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online overview&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it says free, you need to resubscribe. Otherwise if it says premium you should be good to go!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi, the card we pay for spotify with had to be cancelled and since we logged the new card details, we cannot get onto spotify premium or access playlists from mobile devices etc</description>
