Gift Card problem

Now then,

I have been given a gift card. I activated it and selected to use it for downloads. I was given this message;

Your account has been credited with 15 Spotify Downloads

There is a problem, I can't download any music. I've done it in the past and my previous downloads are still available but I can see no way to download music. Please help

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

The downloads store was recently removed from Spotify, however it would appear gift cards with downloads are still valid. The download buttons have been removed from the most recent client version too. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see what they can do for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
